Custom Bedbug Inc. (CBB) provides complete thermal remediation including heat treatment, liquid/chemical applications, and silica-based desiccant dusting. Follow-up services are available upon request and are quoted/scheduled separately.

- Guarantee eligibility requires treatment of entire home (no partial/limited-area treatments)

Custom Bedbug Inc. (CBB) guarantees control of bed bugs for the vendor's customer for 30 days after completion of the initial whole-home service. Partial/limited-area treatments are not eligible for any guarantee.
If live bed bug activity is confirmed within the guarantee period by a certified post-treatment canine inspection performed by a third-party canine subcontractor (not bite marks), CBB will coordinate with the vendor and re-treat as necessary.
Note: CBB cannot guarantee that bed bugs will not be reintroduced from an outside source.

CBB guarantees control of bed bugs for 30 days after completion of initial service for each treated unit. The guarantee applies only to the specific unit(s) treated, not adjacent or connected units.
If live bed bug activity is confirmed within the guarantee period by certified canine inspection (not bite marks), CBB will coordinate with the vendor and re-treat as necessary.
Note: CBB cannot guarantee that bed bugs will not be reintroduced from an outside source or migrate from untreated adjacent units. For multi-unit buildings, we strongly recommend treating adjacent units simultaneously.

We use professional-grade electric heaters (not propane) to safely raise temperatures to 120-135°F. Electric heat is safer, cleaner, and provides more precise temperature control.
🔌 Generator Setup
Our electric heaters require significant power supplied by commercial generators mounted on trailers. Each treatment typically requires one or more generators.
🏠 Typical Setup
Generator trailer parked close to the building, heavy-duty electrical cords, multiple heaters strategically placed, high-velocity fans for circulation, and temperature monitoring.
🅿️ IMPORTANT: Parking Requirements
We need ample parking space close to the building for our generators.
- Generators on trailers require parking close to treatment area
- For apartments: Reserved parking near unit entrance is essential
- For houses: Driveway access or nearby street parking required
- Coordinate with property management to reserve parking
📏 Cordage Limitations
We must be parked close to the building due to cord length limitations.
- Max effective distance is limited by cord length
- Longer distances cause voltage drop and reduce effectiveness
- Ground floor access or nearby exterior access preferred
- If parking is far from unit, let us know in advance

Custom Bedbug Inc. (CBB) guarantees control of bed bugs for your customer for 30 days after completion of the initial whole-home/whole-unit service.
Our full service includes heat treatment, chemical application, and silica-based desiccant dusting.
Partial/limited-area treatments are not eligible for any guarantee.
Guarantee Requirements
- Clutter level must be 1-3
- Infestation level must be medium or low
- All adjoining units must have been cleared of bedbug activity (for multi-unit properties)
- Must be a whole-home or whole-unit treatment (not partial/limited-area)
Vendor Partner Responsibilities
- Vendor partners communicate with the customer regarding preparation requirements
- Vendor partners make the call on whether jobs will be guaranteed or not based on clutter and infestation levels
- Vendor partners are responsible for communicating to the customer when a job is not guaranteed
⚠️ Main Determining Factors for Guarantee
The main determining factors are Infestation-level and Clutter-level.
Guarantee Decision Outcomes
- IF GUARANTEED: If live bed bug activity is confirmed within the guarantee period, CBB will coordinate with the vendor and re-treat at no additional charge.
- IF NOT GUARANTEED: CBB will still return and retreat, but at an additional charge per retreat.

Visual confirmation of live bed bugs is required - not bite marks.
🐕 Canine Verification: Third-party certified canine inspection services are available to verify bed bug activity and clear units after treatment. Canine inspections can be arranged through CBB upon request.

Professional-grade electric heaters raise temperatures to 120-135°F throughout the entire space, eliminating bed bugs at all life stages including eggs.
💧 2. Chemical Application
Targeted liquid/chemical applications in cracks, crevices, and critical harborage areas provide residual protection after heat treatment.
🧪 3. Silica-Based Desiccant
Silica-based desiccant dust is applied in wall voids, behind outlets, and other protected areas for long-term prevention.
Treatment Day Process
- Arrival & Setup: Our team arrives and sets up generators, heaters, and monitoring equipment
- Pre-Treatment: Chemical application in cracks, crevices, and harborage areas
- Heat Phase: Temperatures raised to lethal levels (120-135°F) and maintained for several hours
- Desiccant Application: Silica-based dust applied in wall voids and protected areas

Treatment Duration
